Rules and Regulations
In order for you to receive proper credit, your guests must be pre-registered with the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Friends & Family Rewards Program prior to taking a personal preview. All guests must meet eligibility requirements, which include:
• Guests will be required to attend a 2-hour sales presentation as part of the discounted vacation offer.
• Must be 25 years old and have an annual household income of at least $60,000 US.
• If married, both husband and wife must attend the personal preview together and must have a valid driver’s license and major credit card.
• Guests cannot have toured at a Breckenridge Grand Vacations resort within the last 12 months, under any program or promotion.
• Resale purchase made by you or your guests are not eligible for participation in this program.
• This program is void where prohibited by law and where state registrations and/or licensing agreements have not been met.
• In order for you to receive Reward Dollars, your account must be in good standing and up-to-date.
• Should your guest purchase, upon receipt of their first mortgage payment, you will be issued a letter of congratulations stating the number of Reward Dollars earned and how you can redeem them.
Additionally, sponsored guests must purchase on the day of their personal preview in order for you to receive Reward Dollars.
