Nick Doran, Chief Financial Officer Nick Doran is the Chief Financial Officer of Breckenridge Grand Vacations and Peak 7, LLC. He started with the company in October of 2006 after ten years in master-planned residential real estate development as a Chief Financial Officer and a Project Manager for the Highlands Management Group, Inc., preceded by four years with the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP. Nick graduated from Regis College in Denver, CO with Bachelor of Science degrees in Professional Accounting and Finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently lives in Breckenridge, CO, with his wife, Linda, and their two children, Casey and Collin. Nick and his family are also the proud owners of one very high maintenance yellow Labrador Retriever named Maggie. He is originally from Lakewood, Colorado. In his free time, Nick enjoys family activities, catching up with old friends, playing golf and skiing.
