Mike Dudick, Owner/Developer After owning a publishing business in Breckenridge for ten years, Mike Dudick brought a tremendous amount of creative experience in the production of client ads and compelling editorials to the company’s leadership team. Mike became one of the owners and developers of Grand Timber Lodge in January of 1998 and was recognized by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) as the outstanding Marketing Management Executive in 2000 for the entire timeshare industry. He has also earned his Registered Resort Professional (RRP) accreditation with ARDA.
