Online Press Kit As Construction Manager of Breckenridge Grand Vacations since April of 1999, Michael S. Hayes knows a thing or two about building luxury resorts. Mike worked as Estimator for M.A. Mortenson Co. and Project Manager for Art C. Klein Construction, both of which are in Colorado Springs before joining Breckenridge Grand Vacations. In the past, he has been nominated as part of the Project Team for Grand Timber Lodge through the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Mike was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Colorado College in 1983 and now lives in the Highlands Park area of Breckenridge with his wife, Hannah, and their two boys, Scott and Stanley.
