Michael S. Hayes, Construction Manager As Construction Manager of Breckenridge Grand Vacations since April of 1999, Michael S. Hayes knows a thing or two about building luxury resorts. Mike worked as Estimator for M.A. Mortenson Co. and as Project Manager for Art C. Klein Construction, both of which are in Colorado Springs, before joining Breckenridge Grand Vacations. In the past, he has been nominated as part of the Project Team for Grand Timber Lodge for being one the most successful independent developers in the industry through the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Mike was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Colorado College in 1983 and now lives in the Bow Mar neighborhood in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife, Hannah, and their two boys, Scott and Stanley.
