David Stroeve, Director of Sales In November of 1998, David Stroeve joined Breckenridge Grand Vacations. Dave began his timeshare career in Maui, Hawaii, before joining the team in Breckenridge, Colorado. Dave has more than 13 years of management experience in the timeshare industry. Dave earned his Registered Resort Professional (RRP) accreditation from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), which demonstrates industry-wide knowledge, dedication and expertise. In addition, Dave has been recognized as an ARDY Gold Award Winner for Sales Executive of the Year. Dave and his sales team have additionally won the prestigious ARDY Gold Award for best Project Team, four times in the last eight years. During his 13 years of leadership, he has helped grow the company’s sales from $16 million to over $50 million. He currently resides with his wife and children in Breckenridge.
