The first shovels were turned in May of 2007 and the foundations as well as some steel structures are now visible from various areas in town. The character of the decorative lighting is upscale and sophisticated, using amber glass and hand-forged iron work, yet it efficiently utilizes "green" fluorescent bulbs in order to save on energy and maintenance costs.
