History of Grand Timber Lodge

Grand Timber Lodge, located in Breckenridge, Colorado, is a Premier-rated vacation ownership resort.  It is the second resort to be added to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations family of resorts. After finishing sales at their first resort development, Gold Point Condominiums, the owners of Breckenridge Grand Vacations broke ground for Grand Timber Lodge in September, 1997 and completed construction in November, 2006.  Founded in 1984, Breckenridge Grand Vacations is owned by Michael and Robert Millisor and Michael Dudick. Mike Millisor serves as President of Breckenridge Grand Vacations and spends most of his time overseeing the administrative responsibilities of the business. Rob is Vice President and in charge of Operations. Both men are licensed real estate brokers in the State of Colorado and are involved with the sales and servicing of vacation ownership at Breckenridge Grand Vacations. Mike Dudick is Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for all the marketing of the vacation ownership inventory.
