1. Throughout the years, Grand Timber Lodge has been an advocate for a multitude of environmentally friendly services. Our Green Team is committed to finding new ways to preserve our beautiful surroundings and resources. For example, our housekeeping staff has made it easy for our owners to recycle by placing receptacles in all the residences.
   
   In addition, we have recently teamed up with Clean The World, an organization that collects hotel and resort soaps and shampoos from departing rooms. After taking all of the remaining products through a filtration procedure, Clean The World then redistributes these soaps to parts of the world who are in desperate need of these products. 2. Like many residents in Colorado, all of us here at Grand Timber Lodge have been excited to see steady rainfall in Breckenridge. As you may have witnessed over the last month, Breckenridge had a high level fire ban, which prohibited all open flames throughout the area. Although the fire ban has been lifted, we hope you will join us in continuing to use extreme caution through the rest of the summer.
