Easy Pay

As a Breckenridge Grand Vacations owner, did you know that you can sign up for our Easy Pay program, which allows you to take advantage of automatic mortgage payments for your timeshare while saving money?

The benefits of Easy Pay include:

• Savings! When you set up your mortgage account on Easy Pay, you will avoid the servicing fee that Concord charges, which is at least $5/month. That’s $60/year or $600 over the course of a ten year loan!
• Easy, one-time set up. Simply provide our Loan Servicing Dept. with your information over the phone, including your bank account number and routing number for the account that you wish to have your monthly mortgage payment deducted from each month.
• A hassle-free experience. No need to write and send in a check for each monthly payment.
• No need to worry about incurring late fees!
